Do we have time for Jesus

"There is a time for everything a season for every activity under heaven".

Ecclesiastes 3:1

As I look outside I see our creation preparing for winter. The leaves are falling off the trees, and the days are shorter. Inevitably, winter is coming. Even though we live in Manitoba, we still for some reason think we can avoid the cold and snow but it is coming.

Just as the weather goes through seasons, we as humans go through seasons. We have our up and downs. But the cool thing is that God does not have seasons. He does not change. Even though the winter is depressing time for some of us. Let’s rejoice that we have a God that doesn’t have seasons.

No matter what time of year it is he desires to spend time with us. But do we have that same desire? Do we have time for him? If your life is so busy that you honestly don't have a moment to be with him, you need to make some changes. Make sure that your relationship with Jesus comes before everything. If you put God first you will still go through seasons. But You will always know that he is near.

In the past couple of weeks I have been incredibly busy, but it's true when we don't put aside time for him then we go through some crazy weird times. But I will even take less time to do homework even if I have a lot to do to spend time with him because he's awesome to hang out with! woohoo

P.s. I don't think that winter is depressing. I find it quite exciting.
